Meridian Club Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026
Meridian Club (mrdnclub.com) is the public showcase for creators managed by Meridian Creative. This policy explains what data the site handles and what we do with it. It covers two groups of people: the creators whose media kits appear on the site, and the visitors (mostly brands) who browse it. The short version
Meridian Club publishes creators’ media kits publicly; that’s the point of the site. Brands who want to browse the roster and inquire give us a work email. An AI concierge can answer brands’ questions in chat. We don’t run ads, we don’t sell anyone’s data, and we don’t use tracking for advertising.
If you’re a creator on the roster
Creators appear on Meridian Club under a management contract with Meridian Creative. Your media kit page (mrdnclub.com/kit/...) is public and shows:
- your name, handle, photo, and bio;
- your follower counts and engagement metrics;
- your audience demographics (age, gender, and geography), as aggregate percentages about your audience, never data about individual followers;
- your best-performing content.
The metrics come from public social platform data, collected for us by Apify, and they refresh over time. Your kit exists to pitch you to brands. Publishing it is part of what management means here, and the details of that relationship live in your management contract, not this policy. If something on your kit is wrong or you want it changed or taken down, email us. Kits are removed when a creator leaves the roster, and removed pages come out of active systems within 30 days.
If you’re a brand visitor
Browsing.You can view the public roster and kit pages without an account. When a kit page is viewed, we log the view so we and our creators can see which kits are getting attention: which kit, when, your browser type, the page that linked you there, and, if you arrived through a pitch link or entered your email at the brands door, the brand and email that view belongs to. We don’t store your IP address with the view.
The brands door. To browse the full roster as a brand and inquire about creators, you enter your work email at mrdnclub.com/brands. We record your email, your company’s domain, and when you visited, so we know which brands are looking at the roster and can respond to your inquiries. Entering your email unlocks the roster in your browser right away; we don’t send you a sign-in link or any automatic email, and entering your email does not sign you up for a newsletter.
The concierge. Brands can ask questions in a chat with an AI concierge. The conversation is processed by Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate responses. We keep a log of the questions you ask and which creators the concierge showed you, tied to your brand email, so our team can see and follow up on what you asked about. We don’t store the concierge’s replies; the rest of the conversation stays in your browser and is gone when you close it. Don’t put anything in the chat you wouldn’t put in an email to an agency.
What we do with data
- Run the site: publish kits, log kit views, operate the brands door and the concierge.
- Connect brands with creators: your inquiry, and the fact that your brand was browsing, may be shared with the relevant creator and used by our team to follow up.
- Improve the roster: kit-view patterns tell us which creators and content brands respond to.
We do not run advertising on Meridian Club, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use the following processors, each only for the purpose listed and each bound to handle data on our instructions:
- Anthropic: AI processing of concierge conversations.
- Supabase: database and file storage.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Fly.io: background processing.
- Resend: sending email.
- Apify: collection of public social media metrics for creator kits.
Beyond processors: creator kits are public by design, so anything on a kit page is visible to anyone with the link. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Where it lives and for how long
Data is stored in the United States.
- Creator kits stay published while the creator is on the roster, and are removed when they leave or when their management contract requires it.
- Brand emails and inquiries are kept while we have an active conversation or relationship with your brand, and deleted on request.
- Kit view logs and concierge questions are kept so we can do the things described above, and deleted on request.
To have your data deleted, email contact@mrdncreative.com from the relevant address. We confirm within 3 business days, remove data from active systems within 30 days, and purge encrypted backups within 90 days. Note that a creator’s public metrics (follower counts and the like) exist on the social platforms independently of us; deletion here removes our copies and pages.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@mrdncreative.com. If you’re a California resident, you have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor them the same way for everyone. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their rights.
Cookies
Meridian Club uses only the cookies needed to run the site: one that remembers your browser after you enter your email at the brands door, and sign-in cookies for roster members and staff. We don’t use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
Security
Access to stored data is restricted so records are reachable only by authorized systems and staff. Data moves over encrypted connections. No website can promise perfect security, but if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children
Meridian Club is a business site. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will post the change here, and email brands and creators we can reach, before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
